1. Confidential Enquiry
You contact us in a convenient manner and briefly describe the property, its location, current requirements and the expected format of cooperation.
2. Initial Assessment
We analyse the information provided and identify the potential scope of services, priority matters and the necessary next steps.
3. Property Inspection
Where possible, we carry out a personal or remote inspection of the property in order to assess its actual condition, engineering systems, grounds and current maintenance arrangements. If the property is located in another country or requires a specialist’s visit, the format of the trip, timing, professional fee and related expenses are agreed in advance.
4. Tailored Proposal
Following the assessment, we prepare a proposal outlining the scope of services, areas of responsibility, frequency of inspections, reporting procedure and terms of cooperation.
5. Agreement and Commencement
Once the terms have been agreed, a service agreement is signed. Where required, confidentiality, access to the property and interaction with staff or contractors are documented separately.
6. Management, Oversight and Reporting
We take the property under our supervision, organise regular oversight, coordinate the necessary works and provide clear reporting to the owner or their representatives.
